Q: What can I expect to arrive each month's subscription box?

A: Each Mercantile Mail box is full of goodies for use in your planner, scrapbook, smash-book, journal, or other project. You can expect to find a mix of: stickers, postcards, paperclips, decorative papers, stamps, embellishments, and anything else we can think up. Ready to sign up? Just click the Subscribe Now link at the top of the page.

Q: Will my subscription renew automatically?

A: Yes. :-) Your subscription will automatically renew. This is fab since once your are subscribed you don't have to worry about missing any of boxes, which always have exclusive product.

Q: Can I skip a month of my subscription?

A: Yes! If you're traveling or up to your eyeballs in planner goodies, you can skip a month. Just log into your account and manage it there.

Q: Can I give a Mercantile Mail subscription as a gift?

A: Not at this moment but we will be adding this function very soon.

Q: When and How do my kit ship?

A: Mercantile Mail ships out the first week of the month. Our March box will ship out on March 4th. All packages are sent out via the USPS.
