Christina Olsen d/b/a Creative Mercantile provides a subscription service for a monthly delivery of creative, organizational and stationary products.

By using our Website or subscribing to our Services, you consent to the following Terms and Conditions.

Website Content

Unless otherwise noted, all content contained on this website is the intellectual property of Creative Mercantile.  We hope you share the tools and resources we have created.  You are encouraged to share our content via the social sharing tools on this website or by providing a link to our content. Any use beyond this is not allowed without prior written approval.  Please contact us at [email protected] if you would like to obtain additional consent.

Content Submitted by Users

This site allows users to comment on blog posts. Comments that we consider to be spam, defamatory, offensive, harassing, obscene, libelous, infringing on others intellectual property or otherwise objectionable, as determined by Creative Mercantile will be removed.

Monthly Delivery/Billing and Payment

The price of the services and/or goods is payable in full before delivery. You will automatically be charged each month for your ongoing subscription. If you need to make any changes to your shipping address or billing information you can login to your account to manage this.

To cancel your monthly subscription, send and email to [email protected] .  Because packaging and shipping your subscription takes time, we require that you cancel by the 15th of the month for the next month’s subscription. If you fail to cancel by emailing [email protected] prior to the 15th of the month, you will be billed and shipped the next month’s kit.  For example this means if you wish to cancel the December 2016 kit you would need to email us by November 15, 2016.

We’ve partnered with Stripe to securely process your credit card information. By submitting your credit card information, you grant Creative Mercantile the right to process your information with Stripe. Stripe never shares your credit card information with us, and this information is never stored on our servers.

Refunds and Exchanges

Boxes are shipped on the first business day of each month.  Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for boxes that have begun the packaging and shipping process. In order to cancel your subscription and avoid being charged, you must email us at [email protected] prior to the 15th of the month.

The information that you will find on our website and blog is created to help inspire and it is not indented to constitute professional advice as circumstances will vary from person to person.  We will do our best to keep the content current but information may not have the upmost information.
